CHALLENGE
TASKS:
01 / Complete a workout in the gym
02 / Complete a workout outdoors
03 / Follow a meal plan in the Nourish app
04 / Drink at least 3L of water
05 / Read 10 pages of a self-improvement/ non fiction book
06 / Take a progress photo each day
07 / Share a post or story about the challenge and tag us
RULES:
-
Workouts must be 45 minutes minimum
-
No alcohol/meals out (fast food/restaurants)
-
You must choose lose weight as your goal in the Nourish app
-
Progress photos must be full body
-
No audiobooks, reading only
-
All tasks must be completed every day
-
If you do not complete all your daily requirements you fail
